The Catch...
Hmm still waiting for a fish for my village suddenly finally a FISH (turn up in a blue). YEAH I looked in the bush I saw this fox trying to get out of a trap so I got a knife and cut it off I thought I will be happy with me but no he wanted my fish that I caught for the village.

GRRR I'm going to get that off you. So the fox ran as fast as he could. I was so determined to get that fish back for my village, they are relying on me, I can't let them down like that. I was FURIOUS! I climb and climb till I got to the top non stop. Finally, we reached the summit.  I was annoyed and mad at the same time. Then, he started to go all nice to me which was different.  Something leapt out of the water making the sun disappear. Ah one  humongous fish. So I got my fishing rod I waited and waited.  Fishing till I got enough fish. YEAH I did it!!!

So, eventually I got the baby fish and I gave it to the fox. I felt really happy when I gave it to him.  He look really disappointed when I left him so I gave him one last smile. Then I wandered off peacefully.  Sharing the fish with the village one of my proudest moments.

Onepoto caves at camp.

You can find cave wetas and glow worms all around the caves. The track starts with a gentle ten minute climb. It takes 2 to 2.5 hours to walk.  Bring a torch or a headlight it can be quite dark in there.  Wear appropriate foot wear because it has a slippery surface. If you are a child you should have a parent. The caves are 200,000 years old and they were created because of landslides which was how they were made. They can be a bit dangerous sometimes at the bottom it can be slippery and steep and it could have ditches that you could fall into. You will get a really good view of where you have walked.
You can either return back along the caves track, or walk back along the road.
There is beautiful sight to look at and plenty of space to have a break.
Next time... If next time when I go in the caves again I want to go up down all the time. I liked it when I got out with a happy face when I get out then people take a picture of me. After when we hopped out people will say that was really fun not scary.
This has been my favourite place at camp because you get to see thing that you haven't seen before.
